Common questions
How do I delete my account?
In the app, open the menu, choose Profile, then Delete account. This deletes your account and its data, as described in the Privacy Policy. If you can no longer sign in, email us from the address on the account.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple. Cancel in your Apple ID subscription settings. Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store subscription.
Can I get a copy of my data?
Yes. Email sam@propelreview.com from the address on your account.
